Paul lived more evil than what governments do today. There is no authority that God has not instituted.
Be in subjection to the authorities.
Love each other. Agape. No condition.
Let every person be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except by God's appointment, and the authorities that exist have been instituted by God. Pay everyone what is owed: taxes to whom taxes are due, revenue to whom revenue is due, respect to whom respect is due, honor to whom honor is due. Owe no one anything, except to love one another, for the one who loves his neighbor has fulfilled the law. The night has advanced toward dawn; the day is near. So then we must lay aside the works of darkness, and put on the weapons of light.

How are you going to love? Pray and love.
Why does God allow evil people to rule?
The Greater Good?
Persecution spread the gospel.
We need righteous anger.
Government should protect the people by throwing abusers into jail. Christians need to repent and have an internal change. God deals with the greed.
Paul Saul was the worst of the worst. Converted. He wrote most of the New Testament.
Agape love was his theme. Tolerance. Servant. Justice. Have someone's best interest in mind. Sometimes fight.

And I pray this, that your love may abound even more and more in knowledge and every kind of insight so that you can decide what is best, and thus be sincere and blameless for the day of Christ, filled with the fruit of righteousness that comes through Jesus Christ to the glory and praise of God.

Is love the actual answer?
Propelled by what's inside. Pray.
Had 31 people show up feeling called to ministry.
We are calling the church to prayer 24/7 forever.
Agape will always cost. Eventually it will make you pure.
Was in a place of Agape love. Early in life. At Beaver Creek Bible Camp I was life guard. 75' ft from the shore. Had a kid that wanted to kill him. Agape love propelled me. Told him to bring it on. This kid kept looking and eventually ran away. Later threw a rock. He hated everyone. Chased him. Caught him. Had a conversation about his life of hell. Became my best friend.
Cell group in Steinbach. Pizza. Agape love. Smokers. Joined them smoking. They quit after that. You may do something bizarre with agape love.
Kids Egged my house.
Propelled. To chase them down to show love.
Pray
For it has been granted to you not only to believe in Christ but also to suffer for him, since you are encountering the same conflict that you saw me face and now hear that I am facing.
