What do you want me to do for you?

Water you turned into wine. There is no one like you! Our God is greater.

Ladies Dance School: Let your walls fall to the ground - His blood can cover us

Pastor Dave Ens:
Today is Palm Sunday for the one who can bring healing. Are we allowing him to define what that looks like? Or do we demand he fills our expectations?

Jesus knew what the week would hold. The crucifixion at Golgatha.
Mark 11 What Jesus wants for us is often different from what we want. This week illustrates that. The passion of Christ.
Mark 10:36 we want Jesus to do whatever we ask.
Jesus asked: what do you want me to do for you? If Jesus asked us that what would we say? Wish for a million more wishes? For a better husband? (For Renee to come back?) The disciples wanted to be big shots. The blind one wanted to be well.
One seminary student needed to help a friend help his wife out of addiction. They had to gang up on her and trundle her off to treatment. The counsellor at the Centre said- who wants help from drug addictions? She is fortunate to have friends that care enough.

Jesus cared enough about us to die for us.
