The Duecks spent months in New York for leukemia treatment with Renee. God called her home to her reward. Donations in Renee's memory may be made at R&M Dueck Family Foundation at Abundance Canada. Circumstances are not the barometer of God's love and goodness - the cross is.
Dear Daddy Dueck. I just wanted to drop you a wee note....I am a friend of Renee's through the Vineyard in Vancouver. I was one of the five that prayed over Renee before she left for NY. She was also my only roomate at church family camp in Sept. I want you to know she was honestly one of the sweetest most loving woman I have ever met. I really love Renee, she gave the best hugs, and I can hear her voice and see her expressions so clearly. She will be greatly missed, and I am so so sorry for your loss...with care, tenderness and hugs, Sarah Itter
