Worked an hour to stabilize Renee. Her CO2 was too high so they gave her oxygen masks and lines and a ventilator that pressurized inhalations. "Like Merrit had", she said. She fought that. Kept pulling the mask off. Finally they brought the big guns with a big red cart and a mechanical Ventilator. They put her to sleep and installed the Ventilator. Now waiting to get blood pressure up so they can move her to ICU.
Martha and I are sitting outside the room observing. Praying. Worrying.
